We will be in network for most Humana plans starting October 1, 2026.
We are in network for some Medicare Advantage plans (different from Medicare), as well as some VA and Tricare plans. We're also in network with a number of smaller plans and are continually expanding our in-network status with additional insurers.
If we are out of network for your insurer, we will still file the claim for your treatment, as you may still be eligible for partial benefits. You also have the option to self-pay if you prefer.
